- Guests are required to sign a legal rental agreement prior to their stay. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
- Minimum age requirement of 25.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
We’re a family-owned, small business built from years of moving, buying, selling, renting, and learning firsthand what it takes to make a house feel like home. After years of supporting my husband’s military career and moving our family of six around the country, my husband has officially retired from the military. Those years gave us a unique perspective on property ownership and management. We’ve experienced the challenges of moving to a new area, finding a home, caring for a property from a distance, and trusting someone else to look after what we worked so hard for. Along the way, my mother and I purchased our first property together, which became the beginning of something much bigger. What started as an opportunity to invest together also gave us a way to spend more time together despite living hundreds of miles apart. It quickly became something we both truly enjoyed. Today, we’ve taken everything we’ve learned from our own experiences and turned it into Rooted Property Management. We’ve made our home in the area and are focused on growing our portfolio and our company while helping other property owners care for and grow their investments. We believe property management is about more than maintaining a house. It’s about communication, trust, attention to detail, and treating every property as if it were our own. We understand the importance of having someone you can count on—especially when you aren’t nearby.
